  • Opening day administration
    • Syllabus
    • Look ahead to time Period 1 (1491-1607) which makes up 5% of the test on May 11, 2018
      • approximately 78 days of instruction and assessment that will leave 4 or 5 days for in-class review. Attendance is key.
    • Mandatory guided readings are always due on the day we assess with multiple-choice. Guided readings are the take home portion of the test, every part of each one must be completed in full. Each chapter guided reading will be worth 15 points. Refer to the link on the right labeled "Requirements" for further details.
    • Close with one paragraph in notebook: Discuss your first day of school thus far.
    • Reread Chapter one in the AMSCO review book
    • Test One, thus guided reading for Chapter one will be due, will be on August 22
      • REMINDER: Guided readings can be found on the "Requirements" link to the right. They must be printed, hand-written, and turned in at the beginning of the period for each appropriate Multiple Choice assessment day. NOTE: After Time Period One, each time period will consist of two or more chapters, thus time management will be key. If all mandatory assignments are not in on time a student may not submit any optional assignments which can help their academic average.
